How long do I have to fill out my Backerkit survey?

You have until October 2nd. At that time surveys will be locked so that we can get going on making dice!

Cards will be charged shortly after the surveys close on October 2nd.

Do I need to manually add on my freebies (dice bag, coin and sticker)?

Nope! No need! We will automatically give them to you if you spend $30 or more (before shipping). This will not show up in Backerkit but not to worry, you will get them!

Is there a local pick up option?

We don’t currently have plans to offer local pick up this campaign, though we will be offering reduced shipping rates for Albertan backers and a free express shipping upgrade for Calgary backers.

I backed your last campaign, do I get anything extra if I back this one too?

Absolutely, we designed a limited edition sticker just for you <3! We want to keep it special so it will only be given out to dice set backers of this campaign who also backed our last one! You’ll also be getting the other sticker shown in our campaign as well as any other stretch goals.

What Shipping Carriers will you be using?

Canada: Canada Post United States: USPS. Our courier will take the packages to Montana and from there they will be handed off to USPS. We used this shipping method last campaign and were very pleased with the delivery times! International: USPS International. Last campaign we used FEDEX international mail services (FIMS). We tried to provide economical pricing but as a result they were the only service we could use and we were very disappointed in delivery times. This campaign we have opted to use USPS instead!

What material are the dice?

The dice are made from high quality, lightweight resin with striking inclusions.

Are your Dice Balanced?

High grade resin, consistent material weights, and strict quality assurance make our dice sets perfectly fit for tabletop gameplay. If you are seeking casino-grade precision, these dice may not be for you.

Do UV/Blacklight dice glow in the dark?

No, these dice will react specifically to UV or blacklight bulbs, but will not glow in the dark.

Are the dice bags made of real leather?

No, the bags are leatherette with a cotton lining, completely vegan friendly!

Can I order just D20s, or just D10s?

Currently we are only offering 7 piece RPG sets as well as 6xD6 sets.

For consistency and sorting, we are not yet offering uninked dice sets.

Which pledges will be delivered first?

We will be shipping based on wave number, so earlier backers will have their pledges shipped first.

Which sets come with a potion bottle?

Both Sharp edge options, the 6xD6s and 7 piece RPG sets come with the glass potion bottle and wax seal.

BackerKit FAQ

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
